Warburg Pincus Acquires El Car Wash

Warburg Pincus has acquired El Car Wash from affiliates of Wafra Inc., Audrose Partners, and Fireside Investments. The investment will support El Car Wash’s expansion — the Miami-based express car wash operator currently runs 17 locations with more than 30 sites in development and plans to grow via greenfield openings and acquisitions.
