Doyle Security Systems, a Rochester, New York–based provider of residential and commercial security and monitoring services, has acquired AMS Security Plus, a privately held Albany, New York security company. AMS’ accounts will be migrated to Doyle’s on-site Emergency Response Center; AMS CEO Don Simpson will remain with the business for at least one year as Doyle expands its Upstate New York presence.
