The acquisition adds Interoperability Group’s interoperability software, AI/data expertise and consulting capabilities to RAM-IT’s healthcare-focused cloud and managed services platform; Interoperability Group serves 200+ clients and employs more than 70 professionals.

AE Industrial Partners Acquires PCI

AE Industrial Partners (AEI) has acquired PCI, a Columbia, Maryland–based provider of cybersecurity, computer network operations (CNO), cloud engineering, systems engineering, enterprise IT, and data analytics for the U.S. intelligence and defense communities. The deal — terms not disclosed — represents AEI's ninth platform investment in Fund II and is intended to accelerate PCI's growth and reach into defense, intelligence, and national security markets.

Grossman Marketing Group Acquires PCI Creative Group

Grossman Marketing Group, a fourth-generation family-owned global print management and brand marketing firm based in Somerville, Massachusetts, has acquired PCI Creative Group, a Stamford, Connecticut-based cross-media marketing and creative services firm. The acquisition expands Grossman's service portfolio and client base; PCI's employees were retained and several PCI partners will assist with the transition.

Rosti (Nordstjernan) Acquires Plastic Components, Inc. from MPE Partners

Rosti (a subsidiary of Nordstjernan) has acquired 100% of Plastic Components, Inc. (PCI) from MPE Partners and several minority investors. PCI, headquartered in Germantown, Wisconsin with additional sites in Cary, NC and Clearfield, UT, is a U.S. injection-molding manufacturer of engineered plastic components that will expand Rosti's footprint and capabilities in North America.

Accenture Acquires Flo Group to Strengthen Oracle Supply Chain Capabilities in Europe

Accenture has acquired Flo Group, a Rotterdam-based Oracle supply chain consultancy, bringing Flo’s ~280 employees into Accenture’s Oracle Business Group to bolster its supply chain and logistics capabilities in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal expands Accenture’s Oracle implementation and supply chain consulting capacity across multiple end markets including retail, automotive and manufacturing.
