BayMark Health Services Acquires Riverwood Group, LLC Opioid Treatment Programs

BayMark Health Services has acquired Riverwood Group, LLC, adding 13 Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) across seven states (Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska and South Dakota) to BayMark’s network. The deal expands BayMark’s OTP footprint into four new states and strengthens its medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) capabilities as part of its continuum of substance use disorder care.
