PSI will operate as a subsidiary of Selig and the transaction expands Selig's product capabilities and global packaging solutions offering.

The add-on acquisition expands SPG's Engineered Packaging capabilities, adds roughly 100 employees to the combined workforce, and strengthens SPG's engineering, design and manufacturing footprint across North America—particularly in automotive and aerospace end markets.
