Grown Rogue International Inc. completed the acquisition of a state-of-the-art 30,000 sq ft indoor cultivation facility in Medford, Oregon from HSCP, LLC (a subsidiary of Acreage Holdings Inc.) on April 14, 2022 for total consideration of $2.0 million. The asset is currently producing approximately 800 lbs/month and expands Grown Rogue's total indoor capacity to 127,000 sq ft, supporting the company’s production and margin targets.
