Blanchon Group Acquires Dr Schutz

Blanchon Group has acquired Dr Schutz, the German family-owned specialist in floor renovation, protection and maintenance products, in a deal supported by private equity partners IK Partners and Abenex. The acquisition adds Dr Schutz’s product lines, five main sites and ~90 employees to Blanchon’s network and is intended to accelerate Blanchon’s international expansion and strengthen its flooring capabilities across Europe, particularly in Germany and the DACH region.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Groupe NetCo

IK Investment Partners has signed an agreement to acquire Groupe NetCo, a French specialist in preventive and curative maintenance of conveyor systems. NetCo, headquartered in Bordeaux with ~500 employees and 55 agencies, will be the fifth investment for IK's Small Cap II Fund as IK looks to support NetCo's pan‑European expansion; financial terms were not disclosed and closing is subject to French antitrust approval.

Blanchon Group Acquires Debal Finance (Ciranova)

Blanchon Group has acquired Debal Finance (operating as the Ciranova brand), a Belgian family-owned manufacturer of finishing products for parquet and wood flooring that generates approximately €15m in turnover and employs about 60 people. The deal — executed as an add-on to Blanchon (which is backed by PE firm Abenex) — expands Blanchon's international footprint (adding operations in Belgium, the United States and China), strengthens its R&D and UV technology capabilities, and accelerates its strategy to become a European leader in wood and vinyl flooring protection and maintenance.

IK Partners Acquires Majority Stake in BIOBank

IK Partners (via its IK Small Cap III fund) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in French tissue bank BIOBank from Verto Growth, Capital Croissance and management, who will reinvest. BIOBank, headquartered in Lieusaint, France, is a leading processor and distributor of bone allografts for orthopaedic, spine, dental and cranio‑maxillofacial surgery; IK plans to support market-share gains in France, accelerate international expansion and pursue a buy‑and‑build strategy.

Blanchon Group Acquires RIGO (Rigo Verffabriek & Rigo Verfcentrum)

Blanchon Group has acquired Rigo Verffabriek and Rigo Verfcentrum, a Dutch family-owned manufacturer of wood finishing products based in Ijmuiden, Netherlands. The deal expands Blanchon's wood-care and flooring product offering, strengthens its market leadership in the Benelux region, and keeps RIGO's previous owners and management involved as investors in the enlarged group.

IK Investment Partners to Acquire Majority Stake in Innovad Group
