International Marine and Industrial Applicators (IMIA), a portfolio company sponsored by J.F. Lehman & Company, has acquired Main Industries, Inc., a Hampton, Virginia-based provider of preservation, scaffolding and environmental containment services for marine new construction and MRO markets. The transaction is IMIA's first add-on under JFLCO sponsorship and is intended to expand IMIA's capabilities and presence supporting U.S. Navy and commercial shipyard customers.

Ichor Holdings Acquires IMG Companies

Ichor Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ICHR) has entered into a merger agreement to acquire IMG Companies, LLC, a Livermore, California precision machining and surface-treatment business, for $270 million. The acquisition, financed with cash and incremental borrowing, expands Ichor's precision manufacturing capabilities and customer exposure into medical and aerospace markets and is expected to be accretive to earnings.

ACON Investments Acquires Novipax

Financial terms were not disclosed.

American Industrial Acquisition Corporation Acquires KI USA Corporation
