DCCM, a Houston-based provider of design, consulting and construction management services, has acquired Texas-based Urban Engineering (Corpus Christi) and Urban Civil (New Braunfels). The combined firms will operate under the Urban Engineering name and the deal—supported by investor White Wolf—expands DCCM's civil engineering, public works, land development and surveying capabilities in Texas.
