Corridor Capital has made a growth investment in Dart Appraisal, a nationwide appraisal management company headquartered in Troy, Michigan, with Dart's management team (including CEO Michael Dresden) remaining as material owners. Brookside Capital Partners provided debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; Corridor will work with management to accelerate growth through investments in sales, technology, marketing and strategic acquisitions.

Key Capital Partners has taken a significant minority stake in Gloucester-based Avantis Systems via a £4.25m investment to accelerate international distribution and product development of its ClassVR educational virtual reality system. Founded in 2007, Avantis has deployed over 40,000 VR headsets across more than 3,000 schools and will use the new funding to expand overseas sales and continue product innovation.
