Quorum Software, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, has acquired Dallas-based Archeio Technologies, a provider of document classification and smart search technology for the oil and gas industry. The add-on expands Quorum's cloud-based document management and enterprise search capabilities to accelerate digitization and improve operational efficiency across upstream workflows; financial terms were not disclosed.

AbbVie Acquires Landos Biopharma

AbbVie has completed the acquisition of clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Landos Biopharma, adding Landos’ lead investigational asset NX-13 — an oral NLRX1 agonist in Phase 2 for ulcerative colitis — to AbbVie’s immunology pipeline. The deal was valued at $20.42 per share plus contingent value rights tied to a clinical milestone and will take Landos private, with Landos common stock ceasing NASDAQ trading prior to May 24, 2024.

Hyland Acquires LawLogix

Vista Point Advisors served as financial advisor to LawLogix in the transaction. The deal adds immigration and workforce-compliance capabilities to Hyland's enterprise content management product suite.
