GI Partners Acquires Single Digits Inc.

GI Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, has acquired Single Digits Inc., a Bedford, New Hampshire provider of managed wireless network solutions and broadband authentication software. As part of the transaction Bregal Sagemount will exit its investment; GI Partners said it intends to grow Single Digits organically and through acquisitions to expand services and scale the business.

Single Digits Acquires Sunray

Single Digits, Inc. has acquired Sunray, a Carlsbad-based hospitality network design and management company. The deal brings Sunray's customers, senior leadership, sales and support staff into Single Digits and establishes a new West Coast office in Carlsbad, California, expanding Single Digits' managed network and software capabilities under its PE-backed ownership by GI Partners.

Sinch AB Acquires Inteliquent for U.S. Voice Leadership

Sinch AB agreed to acquire Inteliquent, the largest independent U.S. voice communications provider, for $1.14 billion in cash to broaden its CPaaS offering and establish leadership in U.S. voice. The acquisition gives Sinch Inteliquent's carrier-grade network, extensive phone-number inventory and voice APIs; closing is subject to customary regulatory approvals including CFIUS and FCC and was expected in H2 2021.

Novacap Acquires INdigital (Communications Venture Corporation, Inc.)

DIRECTV Acquires Majority Ownership of INVIDI Technologies

Chicago-based Sentrics, a PE-backed senior living technology platform, has acquired Akron, Ohio–based SeniorTV to integrate community-specific television programming, internet and WiFi solutions into its suite of resident engagement and safety technologies. The deal expands Sentrics' entertainment and connectivity capabilities for senior living communities and brings SeniorTV founder Rick Briggs into an expanded leadership role at Sentrics.
