Macquarie Asset Management to Acquire Beacon Hospital

Macquarie Asset Management, via Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 7, has agreed to acquire Beacon Hospital in Dublin from a consortium of shareholders led by Denis O'Brien. The transaction is expected to close by the end of H1 2024; Beacon's CEO Michael Cullen will remain as CEO and a shareholder as the new owner supports growth plans to build Ireland's largest private healthcare campus.
