Pelican Capital has acquired Finders International, a UK-based probate research, data and technology firm, in a PE-backed buyout supported by a £10m senior‑secured RCF provided by AURELIUS Finance Company. The financing will fund the purchase consideration and provide working capital to support Finders’ growth as Pelican scales the business under its ownership.
