Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; Eagle plans to grow Impact via add-on acquisitions and geographic expansion across the Southeast.

The deal adds Ideal’s multi-location operations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert and Carefree to A1’s existing regional footprint and will begin operating under the A1 brand in August.
