AllClear Underground Solutions Acquires Engineered Spray Solutions

AllClear Underground Solutions, a PE-backed regional underground water and wastewater infrastructure platform, has acquired Engineered Spray Solutions (ESS), a Lakeland, Florida provider of spray-applied structural restoration coatings and protective linings. The deal expands AllClear’s service capabilities and geographic footprint across the Southeastern United States, strengthening its municipal wastewater and stormwater rehabilitation offerings.

Calvert Street Forms Allclear Underground Solutions and Acquires Rowland, Inc.

Calvert Street Capital Partners has formed a new platform, Allclear Underground Solutions, and acquired Rowland, Inc., a West Central Florida provider of underground water and wastewater infrastructure services. The investment, made in partnership with Rowland's senior management and led operationally by CEO Brian Johnson, positions Allclear to pursue further add-on acquisitions and expand services for municipal and utility customers across Florida and the Southeast.

Alta Equipment Group Inc. agreed to acquire Midwest Mine Services LLC to expand its engineering and design capabilities within its construction business segment and broaden its aggregate-processing solutions across Alta's branch network. Midwest Mine Services, headquartered near Toledo (Northwood), Ohio, generated approximately $17 million in revenue and $1.3 million of adjusted EBITDA for the trailing twelve months ended July 2021; terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q4 2021.
