Center Rock Capital Partners and Leelanau Private Capital have acquired Eastern Wholesale Fence, a Medford, New York-based manufacturer and distributor of residential and commercial fencing, from Corinthian Capital Group. Eastern’s CEO Peter Williams Jr. will remain in place as the company pursues expansion of its manufacturing and distribution capabilities and a new facility planned in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Financial terms were not disclosed; Fenceworks operates ~15 locations in California with approximately 500 employees and provides installation and wholesale distribution to homebuilders, commercial customers, and local fencing providers.

Fencing Supply Group (FSG), a platform backed by The Sterling Group, has acquired Capitol Wholesale Fence Company, a full-service fencing supplier based in Nashville, Tennessee with more than 80 employees and multiple regional branches. The deal is the seventh add-on for the FSG platform and expands its distribution and manufacturing footprint across the southeastern United States.
