Hunt Valve Company, a portfolio company of May River Capital, has completed the acquisition of Pima Valve, a Chandler, Arizona-based supplier of severe-duty bronze marine valves. The add-on expands Hunt Valve's product offering and access to U.S. Navy and commercial shipyards, supporting the company's role in the Navy supply chain.

The deals broaden FMD's capabilities in fittings, fans/blowers, valves, water treatment, motors and electrical hardware to strengthen onshore production and resilience for U.S. maritime and defense customers.

The deal expands FMD's marine handling and OEM capabilities and adds Vestdavit's manufacturing site in Poland plus service centers in the Netherlands and Seattle to FMD's global footprint.
