Oakley Capital Fund V has been granted exclusivity to acquire a co-controlling stake in French managed security services provider I-TRACING alongside Eurazeo, with Sagard NewGen reinvesting as a minority investor. CVC Credit is providing debt financing to support the transaction; the deal is subject to employee consultation and regulatory approvals. I-TRACING, founded in Paris in 2005, employs ~700 cybersecurity experts across multiple countries and will use the investment to pursue organic growth, M&A and hiring.
