Ondas Holdings announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Roboteam, a global developer of tactical unmanned ground vehicles used by defense and security agencies. The acquisition is expected to expand Ondas Autonomous Systems’ multi-domain autonomy capabilities by combining Roboteam’s ground robotics and AI-enabled command-and-control with Ondas’s aerial and counter-UAS platforms.
