One Equity Partners (OEP) has agreed to acquire CraftMark Bakery, a wholesale bakery supplier of bread dough, cookie dough, muffins, flatbread, baked cookies, and filled dough for quick service restaurants and in-store retail bakeries. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, and financial terms were not disclosed.
