OneWater Marine Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire the net assets of Garden State Yacht Sales, a full-service marina and boat dealer in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. The acquisition — for minimal capital outlay — expands OneWater's presence in the Mid-Atlantic U.S. and bolsters its new and pre-owned boat sales, finance, parts and service capabilities; Garden State generated approximately $14.0 million in sales in 2023.

OneWater Marine Acquires Norfolk Marine

OneWater Marine Inc. has reached an agreement to acquire Norfolk Marine Inc., expanding OneWater’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic and establishing its first dealership in Virginia. Norfolk Marine is a third-generation, family-owned full-service boat dealer that generated over $20 million in sales in the prior twelve months and offers new and pre-owned boat sales, parts, finance and service; the deal was expected to close in Q4 2021.

The transaction, expected to close in Q4 2021, brings Naples Boat Mart's factory-trained technicians, rigging shop and mobile service units into the OneWater platform.

OneWater Marine Acquires Stone Harbor Marina

OneWater Marine Inc. agreed to acquire the assets of Stone Harbor Marina from owner Tom Russell to expand its presence in the northeastern United States. The acquisition adds new and pre-owned boat sales, service and repair, storage and marina operations — Stone Harbor generated approximately $35 million in trailing twelve-month sales — and is expected to close in OneWater’s fiscal fourth quarter of 2021.

OneWater Marine Acquires Walker Marine Group

OneWater Marine Acquires Ocean Blue Yacht Sales

OneWater Marine Holdings, an Atlanta-based public marine dealership consolidator, has acquired Ocean Blue Yacht Sales of Stuart, Florida. The Ocean Blue locations in Stuart, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale will continue operating under the Ocean Blue Yachts name and all existing personnel are expected to remain; deal terms were not disclosed.
