OpenText Acquires Micro Focus in $6 Billion All-Cash Deal

OpenText announced it has reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended all-cash offer to acquire Micro Focus for 532 pence per share, valuing the enterprise at about $6 billion. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of calendar 2023, subject to shareholder, court, and regulatory approvals.
