DSV has sold 100% of USA Truck to UTAC, LLC, a private Arkansas-based entity formed by current and former USA Truck leaders including CEO George Henry, former CFO Zachary King and former CEO James Reed. The deal returns the 42-year-old carrier to U.S.-based ownership; financial terms were not disclosed and DSV said the sale positions USA Truck for future growth under local management.

ASKO Holding, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Başak Traktör, has agreed to acquire approximately 96.7% of the common shares of Buhler Industries Inc. and purchase outstanding debt owed to Rostselmash for an aggregate cash consideration of CAD$60.5 million. The deal, which purchases shares from Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd., is intended to support ASKO's expansion into the North American agricultural equipment market and is expected to close by year-end or early January 2024.

The deal is Auxo's fourth add-on to its growing wire harness and cable manufacturing platform and will expand the platform's capabilities (including work relevant to supercomputing), while SOS's management will remain in place.
