Apollo Funds Acquire Evri from Advent International

Funds managed by Apollo (Apollo Funds) have agreed to acquire Evri, one of the UK’s largest parcel delivery companies, from Advent International, with Otto Group divesting its remaining minority stake. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2024; financial terms were not disclosed. Apollo cites Evri's differentiated last-mile model, technology and infrastructure as reasons for the investment and will partner with Evri's management to support further growth.
