SOAX, a London-based web data collection platform, has acquired ProxyWow, a provider of static U.S.-based ISP proxies. The acquisition adds tens of thousands of dedicated U.S. ISP IP addresses to SOAX’s infrastructure to improve speed, stability and U.S. coverage for AI, cybersecurity and e‑commerce customers and will onboard ProxyWow users into the SOAX platform.
