PagerDuty entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Rundeck, a provider of DevOps runbook automation, for approximately $100 million payable ~60% cash and 40% PagerDuty stock. The deal adds Rundeck's automated runbooks and auto-remediation capabilities to PagerDuty's incident response platform to accelerate detection-to-remediation workflows for enterprise customers; the transaction was expected to close in October 2020.

PagerDuty Acquires Jeli

PagerDuty has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Jeli, adding Jeli’s incident analysis and learning capabilities to the PagerDuty Operations Cloud to deliver an end-to-end, automated incident management solution for enterprises. The acquisition is intended to strengthen PagerDuty’s incident lifecycle offering—bringing deeper post-incident analysis, learning and proactive improvements to its platform; the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

Catalis Acquires Axiomatic

Catalis, a government-focused SaaS and integrated payments provider based in Alpharetta, Georgia, has acquired New Hampshire-based Axiomatic, a web-based software provider for state property tax oversight (PropTax). The deal expands Catalis' CAMA and state-level property tax oversight capabilities and follows Catalis' recent rebrand and prior recapitalization led by PSG and TPG.

Acrisure Acquires Catalyst Technology Group and ITS Inc. to Expand Cyber Services

Acrisure has acquired two managed service providers, Catalyst Technology Group (Indianapolis, IN) and ITS Inc. (Bar Mills, ME), to expand capabilities within its Acrisure Cyber Services division. The acquisitions add managed IT, IBM systems design and integration, and expanded cloud and security engineering experience to Acrisure's cyber offerings; terms were not disclosed.

OpenText Acquires Catalyst Repository Systems

SmartBear Acquires Pactflow to Advance API Development Platform
