The acquisition expands Patheous's integrated dysphagia offering—adding FEES and education capabilities to its existing MBS diagnostic imaging services—and extends the platform's mobile dysphagia services across additional senior care markets and states.

ONCAP Invests in Biomerics; Biomerics Merges with Precision Concepts Medical

Incap Corporation Acquires Pennatronics Inc.

NanoVibronix, Inc. Acquires ENvue Medical Holdings Corp.

(NASDAQ: NAOV) completed a stock-for-stock acquisition of ENvue Medical Holdings Corp., adding ENvue's FDA 510(k)-cleared electromagnetic navigation enteral feeding system to NanoVibronix's medical device portfolio. The transaction, which issued NanoVibronix common and Series X preferred shares to ENvue holders and was accompanied by a $500,000 senior convertible debenture private placement, is intended to expand commercial reach, product capabilities and operational efficiencies in enteral feeding and guided medical navigation.

Medtronic Acquires Nano Surface Technology Assets from Nanovis

Medtronic plc acquired certain nano surface technology assets and related IP rights from Columbia City, Indiana-based Nanovis to support development of next-generation PEEK interbody fusion devices. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal transfers Nanovis’ bone-growth nanotechnology (including rights related to Sites Medical’s OsteoSync titanium pads) to Medtronic for integration into its spinal implant portfolio.
