Payentry and Corporate Payroll Services (CPS) announced a merger under the Payentry brand, with CPS to be integrated and rebranded in mid–late 2026. The combination expands Payentry's payroll and human capital management capabilities, increases service capacity, and gives CPS clients access to Payentry's SaaS tools and HR compliance resources.
