PepsiCo Acquires Remaining Stakes in Sabra Dipping Company and Obela

PepsiCo announced it has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% interests in Sabra Dipping Company, LLC and PepsiCo-Strauss Fresh Dips & Spreads International GmbH (Obela) to become their sole owner. Sabra and Obela are refrigerated dips and spreads brands that have operated as 50/50 joint ventures with Strauss Group since 2008 (Sabra) and 2012 (Obela), respectively.
