Perkins Coie and Ashurst Partnerships Approve Combination to Form Ashurst Perkins Coie

Perkins Coie and Ashurst announced that the partnerships of both firms have voted overwhelmingly to approve their proposed combination. Upon closing, the firms will form Ashurst Perkins Coie, a globally integrated top-20 law firm with approximately US$2.8 billion in combined revenues and around 3,000 lawyers across more than 50 offices worldwide.
