Pexco LLC, a North American specialty plastics extruder owned by AEA Investors, has acquired NDM Marking Systems, Inc., a Jasper, Georgia manufacturer of delineator posts. The deal expands Pexco's Traffic Division product offering and represents an add-on acquisition under Pexco's PE ownership.
