Phoenix Equity Partners has exchanged contracts to acquire a majority stake in Ava Global Limited from parent company Ava Risk Group (ARG), investing alongside founders Chris Fergus and James Alston. The UK-based specialist secure-logistics provider will receive capital to invest in people, technology and offices to support continued rapid international growth and establishment as an independent business.
