PIB Group Ltd is acquiring Guest Krieger Limited, a specialist independent Lloyd's wholesale broker known for placing Israeli financial lines and specialty liability business into the London Market, pending customary regulatory approval. Guest Krieger will continue to trade independently from its City of London office with its management team (including CEO Alon Miller) remaining invested; the acquisition enhances PIB's London Market capability and international specialty broking reach.
