May, a 60-year-old Kansas City residential services company offering HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. The deal is an add-on acquisition to Frontier's platform, expanding its Midwest footprint and enabling a generational transition while leaving A.B. May to operate under its local brand with existing management remaining in key roles.
