NexusTek has joined with New York City–based ICCS & Co., with A&M Capital Strategic Investments leading a substantial investment into the combined business and Abry Partners continuing to participate. The deal expands NexusTek's geographic presence in the U.S. Northeast and deepens its public/hybrid cloud and cybersecurity capabilities for clients across legal, financial, real estate and other verticals.
