Axway has acquired Sopra Banking Software (SBS) in a transformational combination enabled by an investment from One Equity Partners into Sopra GMT, the largest shareholder in both Axway and Sopra Steria. The deal creates a larger banking and infrastructure software company with a highly recurring revenue mix, targeted synergies and expanded open-banking and API capabilities.

Astorg Acquires Majority Stake in Steliau

Astorg, a European private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Steliau, a pan-European value-added distributor (VAD) of electronic solutions, from B&Capital. Steliau, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Montrouge, France, employs more than 200 people across eight countries and will partner with Astorg to accelerate organic growth and execute a buy-and-build strategy.

Huron Acquires AXIA Consulting

Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) has acquired AXIA Consulting, a supply chain-focused consulting and technology firm, to deepen its supply chain and technology capabilities, including expanded Oracle SCM and Microsoft offerings. Approximately 130 client-facing AXIA employees will join Huron; financial terms were not disclosed and Clearsight Advisors served as AXIA's exclusive financial advisor.
