Habi Acquires OKOL (Propiedades.com and Tu Canton) to Expand into Mexico

Habi has acquired OKOL, the parent company of Mexican property marketplace Propiedades.com and brokerage/iBuyer Tu Canton, consolidating its marketplace, brokerage and iBuying operations in Mexico. The deal brings Propiedades.com's inventory (over 1 million listed properties and ~1.4 million monthly users) and Tu Canton's large housing inventory into Habi's data-driven platform to accelerate Habi's geographic expansion and product capabilities across Spanish-speaking Latin America.

EQT IX Acquires idealista from Apax Partners for €1.3 Billion

EQT IX (advised by EQT Partners) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in idealista, the leading online real estate classifieds platform in Spain, Italy and Portugal, from funds advised by Apax Partners for €1.3 billion. idealista, headquartered in Madrid, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Jesús Encinar, with management reinvesting; EQT plans to support product and service capability expansion and further market penetration across Southern Europe.

Cinven Acquires Majority Stake in idealista

Cinven has agreed to acquire a 70% majority stake in idealista, the leading online real estate classifieds platform in southern Europe, in a transaction valuing the business at €2.9 billion. Funds advised by Oakley and Apax are selling their holdings, EQT will retain an 18% stake, and founder Jesús Encinar will remain invested and continue to lead the company; CVC Credit provided debt facilities to support the acquisition.

TT Capital Partners Invests in Propio Language Services

TT Capital Partners has made a growth equity investment in Propio Language Services to accelerate development of Propio’s Propio ONE platform, expand strategic hiring, and scale its interpretation, translation, and localization services—particularly in healthcare where ~70% of Propio’s business resides. The funding is Propio’s first external investment and will support product innovation, broader adoption of remote language services, and continued company growth.
