Quotient, Inc., a technology solutions provider to the U.S. federal government, has acquired Eden Consulting Group, Inc. (ECG), a project and program management, earned value management, and risk management services firm founded in 1996. ECG will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with Dave Eden and the existing team remaining in leadership roles; the deal expands Quotient's project management capabilities and multi-agency presence in the federal sector.

Quorum Software Acquires EnergyIQ

Quorum Software has acquired Denver-based EnergyIQ, a provider of well master data management software, to strengthen Quorum's oil and gas software and services portfolio. The acquisition adds EnergyIQ's SaaS-based well lifecycle data management and master data capabilities to Quorum's suite, enabling better data-driven decisions for midsized to large E&P companies.

Audax Private Equity Acquires Majority Stake in Keystone

Audax Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Keystone, purchasing the global technology and advisory services practice from RLH Equity Partners in a recapitalization that closed January 2, 2026. Concurrently, Keystone spun out its Core AI business as an independent B2B AI SaaS company (Keystone.AI) with RLH retaining a minority stake; Jeff Marowits was named CEO and Greg Richards will remain as a senior strategic advisor.

Qualified Digital Acquires Xpediant Digital

Qlik Acquires Intellectual Property and Technology from Kyndi

Qlik has acquired key intellectual property (patents and technology) from Kyndi, a developer of natural language processing, search, and generative AI, and will integrate Kyndi's unstructured-data capabilities into Qlik Cloud. Kyndi's CEO and several AI experts will join Qlik as part of the transaction, strengthening Qlik's ability to deliver context-rich, generative-AI answers that combine structured and unstructured data.
