Qnnect (Arcline-backed) Acquires Hermetic Solutions Group from Windjammer

Qnnect, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Hermetic Solutions Group (HSG) from Windjammer Capital Investors. The add-on expands Qnnect’s product portfolio into hermetic packages and brings seven HSG brands and capabilities that serve aerospace, defense, medical and optical networking markets, strengthening Qnnect’s position in high-reliability interconnect solutions.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Meritec Inc. (Including Joy Signal Technology)

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has acquired Meritec Inc., including its wholly owned subsidiary Joy Signal Technology, marking the first acquisition in Arcline's planned specialty interconnects platform. The deal positions Meritec as the platform foundation for future add-ons; industry veteran Kevin Perhamus will serve as CEO of the platform and founder John T. "Jack" Venaleck Sr. commented on the company's future under Arcline.

Quantic Electronics Acquires ECI Transcon Technologies

The deal adds UTC's MLCC product portfolio and high-reliability capacitor capabilities to Quantic's platform to better serve aerospace, military, telecommunications and industrial customers.
