OneDigital has acquired CAL Insurance, a San Francisco-based property and casualty insurance brokerage founded in 1927, to expand its P&C and risk management capabilities in the Western U.S. CAL’s leadership team, including CEO Joe DeLucchi and five principals, and the firm’s 26+ employees will join OneDigital to continue serving CAL’s ~2,000 clients across private clients, real estate, education, non-profits and commercial sectors.
