Graylog Acquires Resurface.io's API Security Solution

Graylog has acquired Resurface.io (Resurface Labs) and will integrate its data-driven API security platform into Graylog’s SIEM offering as Graylog API Security. The acquisition strengthens Graylog’s threat detection and incident response capabilities by adding runtime API telemetry, full request/response payload forensics, and API-specific alerts for enterprise customers.

The acquisition brings SSIO's OSDU-compatible SaaS platform and U.S. subsurface data expertise into geoLOGIC's surface and subsurface data and analytics portfolio to accelerate product functionality and digital capabilities for upstream customers.

Darktrace Acquires Cybersprint

Darktrace has agreed to acquire Cybersprint B.V., an attack surface management company, for €47.5 million payable approximately 75% in cash and 25% in equity (around 12.5x ARR). The acquisition, expected to close on or around March 1, 2022, will integrate Cybersprint's outside-in attack surface data into Darktrace's Prevent product family and adds a European R&D centre in The Hague, Netherlands.

Aqua Security Acquires tfsec

Aqua Security has acquired tfsec, an open-source Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security scanner, and will integrate tfsec into its Aqua Trivy tool to add IaC scanning capabilities. Tfsec's co-founders will join Aqua as cloud engineers, and the project will remain available as a standalone open-source offering while being incorporated into Aqua's security platform.
