The acquisition will integrate Searchlight's bias-free AI and talent intelligence into Multiverse's apprenticeship and upskilling platform to accelerate AI-driven skills diagnosis and training delivery.

RedBird Capital Partners and StepStone Acquire Majority Stake in Talent Systems
