AffiniPay, the parent company of LawPay, has acquired legal practice management software company MyCase from funds advised by Apax. TA Associates provided supporting investment and will remain the majority owner of the combined company, which will integrate MyCase’s practice management capabilities with LawPay’s payments platform and together will serve over 65,000 law firms and more than 200,000 legal professionals.

Apax Funds Combine EveryAction, Social Solutions and CyberGrants into $2B Social Good Software Platform

Funds advised by Apax (the "Apax Funds") agreed to acquire EveryAction from Insight Partners and Social Solutions from Vista Equity Partners and will combine those assets with CyberGrants (recently acquired by Apax) to form a next-generation social good SaaS platform with an expected enterprise value of $2 billion. The combined company will bring together omni-channel engagement, case management, and corporate philanthropy solutions to serve nonprofits, public-sector agencies and corporate donors, with combined revenue expected above $200 million.
