Prather Capital Partners, a Louisville-based private equity firm, acquired a majority stake in QDP Technologies, a Ramsey, Minnesota-based contract manufacturer specializing in high-precision components and assemblies for aerospace, medical, and diversified industrial markets. The investment will support QDP's next phase of growth, including adding in-house capabilities and scaling production; this is Prather’s second advanced manufacturing investment following UMA Precision Machining.

GenH2 Acquires Pratt Plastics
