Ridgemont Equity Partners has acquired Anne Arundel Dermatology Management (ADM) from NMS Capital, marking NMS's exit from its investment in the multi-regional dermatology platform. Headquartered in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, ADM operates a network of clinics across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (74 locations and 181 providers at the time of the announcement) and will continue growth under Ridgemont's ownership.
