Nautic Partners has completed the acquisition of Angels of Care, a McKinney, Texas–headquartered provider of pediatric home health services, from Varsity Healthcare Partners. Terms were not disclosed; Varsity Healthcare Partners had acquired a majority stake in April 2019 and helped expand Angels of Care’s service footprint from two states to seven, making it one of the largest pediatric home-health providers in the U.S.
