Fastenal Company signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Manufacturer's Supply Company (Mansco), a Hudsonville, Michigan-based fastener and industrial supply distributor. The asset purchase gives Fastenal entry into Mansco's strong commercial furniture OEM end market and expands Fastenal's distribution and inventory-management capabilities across Mansco's Michigan, Alabama and Texas facilities.

MSC Industrial Supply Co. (through its All Integrated Solutions subsidiary) has acquired Tower Fasteners, a Holtsville, New York-based value‑added distributor of OEM fasteners and components. Tower will continue operating under its current name with President Mark Shannon remaining in place; the business has ~100 employees and reported approximately $35 million in revenue in 2021. MSC said the deal expands its presence in the OEM fastener market, complements AIS's Midwest footprint with Tower's East Coast and Southwest locations, and is roughly neutral to MSC's fiscal 2022 earnings and slightly accretive to fiscal 2023.
