The purchase adds The Horse’s vetted equine health content, digital library and custom marketing services to Equine Network’s information and membership offerings to expand audience reach and capability in equine health education.

Telestream, a Genstar Capital portfolio company, has acquired Encoding.com, an Emmy-winning cloud media processing and transcoding platform used by major media, streaming and corporate video customers. The acquisition will integrate Encoding.com's cloud-native encoding technology and team into Telestream to accelerate cloud VOD workflows and expand Telestream's file-based and cloud media processing capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
