Hudson Glade acquired ComNet Communications, a Bethel, Connecticut-based provider of low-voltage infrastructure solutions, in its second platform investment; terms were not disclosed. Hudson Glade partnered with New State Capital Partners on the transaction, with financing and support provided by Energy Impact Partners and GarMark Partners, and plans to expand ComNet’s presence in the data center market, deepen customer relationships, invest in sales, and pursue strategic acquisitions.

Atlantic Utility Trailer Sales, Inc. has acquired Utility Trailer Sales of New Jersey, Inc., adding the North Brunswick operations to Atlantic's Thorofare-based dealership. The deal expands Atlantic's coverage into North Jersey, Metro New York and Long Island; Tom Barton (CEO) and Spencer Kiernan (CFO/COO) will continue to lead the combined business and the Dwyer family (previous owners) will join the new Atlantic Utility Trailer Sales, Inc.

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Atomic Transport

J.F. Lehman & Company (through an investment affiliate) has acquired Atomic Transport, a Chattanooga-based specialized waste transport and transfer station management company. Comvest Partners (Comvest Credit Opportunities) sold its stake in Atomic; Atomic founders and management rolled equity and will continue to lead the business as JFLCO supports growth initiatives across the company's 30 terminals in 19 states.

NextEra Energy Transmission Acquires Trans Bay Cable

NextEra Energy Transmission, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, Inc., completed the acquisition of Trans Bay Cable, LLC from affiliates of SteelRiver Infrastructure Fund North America. The 53-mile high-voltage direct current underwater transmission cable connecting Pittsburg, California to San Francisco will be added to NextEra's regulated transmission portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.
